Drawing on the lineage of Sri Krishnamacharya, BKS Iyengar and Sri.K.Pattabhi Jois, Nikki teaches an adaptive style of vinyasa yoga with classes tailored to the experience and requirements of each student.
Classes are flowing and dynamic with postures linked together through co-ordination of breathe and movement.  Classes are challenging and fun, with options given for everyone from brand new students to experienced practicioners.
